How to create an account on CollegeVine?

Here's how you and your team create an account on CollegeVine.

Follow these steps to create an account on CollegeVine:

  1. Navigate to www.collegevine.com

  2. Click the green “Sign up” button

  3. With your .edu email, create an account using your preferred sign up method

    • Email/Password or Google Authentication are most common

  4. When prompted, confirm that you are a staff member of you institution by selecting "Yes". After clicking "Yes", you will be asked to indicate your role and which school you work at.

  5. You will be taken through 5 simple screens that walk you through you a quick overview of CollegeVine. Click the blue "Continue" button on each screen to advance. You will end on a screen that says "We'll email you a link to get started shortly."

    ‼️ Please close out of this tab once you reach this screen.

  6. Note: You not receive this email instantaneously. Each account creation request is individually reviewed by the CollegeVine team to prevent unauthorized access.

  7. Shortly upon our review, you will receive an email with a verification link sent to your .edu email address. If you cannot find it, please check your "spam" folder.

  8. Click the link inside that email and it will take you to your CollegeVine dashboard!

    ‼️ This verification link expires within one hour. Should your link timeout, no problem! Please email [email protected] and we can finalize the verification process to grant your access.

FAQs

What if I don't have a .edu email address? Can I still make an account?

Yes! You can still make a CollegeVine account. Please reach out to your onboarding team or [email protected] who will send you a separate sign up email.

I accidentally did not select that I was a staff member at my institution and I made a student account on the CollegeVine Network instead. How can I get back to the CollegeVine Partners log in?

No problem! Email your onboarding team or [email protected] who can help re-direct your account back to the Partners log in page.
