How to prepare your files for AI Processing transfer

Updated this week

What to include in your transfer

  • 100 recalculated transcripts for first-year domestic freshmen.

  • Make sure the sample is representative of your student population β€” for example, if most of your students come from a particular region, the majority of the sample should reflect that.

What files to include

Prepare two key components inside your submission:

1. Transcript PDFs (<any filename>.pdf)

  • Only include processed transcripts.

  • Do not include summary reports or non-first-year students.

2. A CSV key file named index.csv

  • Column 1: application_id (full application ID)

  • Column 2: filename (the exact name of the matching PDF transcript file)

How to structure and name the files

  1. Compress all files into a single ZIP file

    • Include both the index.csv file and all the transcript PDFs.

  2. Name the ZIP file as:
    <filename>%FT%T.zip

    • You can choose anything for <filename>.

    • %FT%T should be a timestamp (for example, 20250527T1530).

How to upload the files

Upload the completed ZIP file to the folder that was set up for you during the SFTP connection setup.
