Whenever you upload new assets, add CTAs, or update custom instructions, make sure to click the “Publish Changes” button. This step ensures your updates are saved and actively used by the AI agent in conversations with students.
After publishing, we highly recommend running a quick test to confirm everything is working as intended. Simply click the “Test AI Agent” button to launch a mock conversation where you can impersonate a student and ask questions related to your latest updates. This is a great way to validate that the AI is using the most recent information — and you can test it as often as you like.
