Determining appropriate access levels
Notifying CollegeVine when users should be added, updated, or removed

CollegeVine recommends onboarding users in phases:
Start with a small core team responsible for initial agent setup and validation.
Expand access deliberately as agents move toward broader use.
Review access periodically, especially before major launches or organizational changes.
Clear ownership early helps prevent confusion and reduces the need for reactive access changes later.
