Navigate to your Okta Admin Dashboard.
Click “Applications” on the right side.
Click “Create App Integration”
Click "SAML 2.0.”
Name the new app “CollegeVine Constituent Auth”.
Optionally, upload the CollegeVine logo.
Fill in the following values, as given to you by CollegeVine Support Team.

Scroll down to the bottom and click “Next”.
Scroll down to the bottom of the next page and click “Finish”.
Enter the following information on the self-service ticket sent to you by the CollegeVine implementation team:
School email domain (Ex. collegevine.com)
SAML Sign-In URL (Can be found on the Sign-On page of the Okta app)
SAML Sign-Out URL (Can be found on the Sign-On page of the Okta app)
X.509 signing certificate (PEM/CER) (Can be found on the Sign-On page of the Okta app)
Assign a user to test authentication.
