Customizing your design
These are the different tabs and functionalities you can customize within the Customize design feature:
Theme: The Theme tab controls the overall layout of your email header. Choose from different banner styles and logo placement options to match your brand's look. You can configure how your logo and banner appear across different email types.
Style: The Style tab is where you set your core brand elements:
Header color β the background color of your email header
Button color β the color of any CTA buttons in your emails
Heading font β the font used for email headings
Logos β upload separate logo versions optimized for light and dark backgrounds so your logo always looks sharp regardless of the header color
Calls to action: Use this tab to add calls to action that will be included in your emails. These are reusable links or buttons you can configure once and apply across your email sends.
Media: The Media tab is your image library. Upload horizontal images to use as email headers, then toggle images on or off to select which ones are active. You can label each image for easy reference.
Note: Vertical images are not currently supported.
Contact: The Contact tab lets you verify and manage the contact information displayed in your emails, including:
Phone number
Website URL
Email address
Social media links
Verifying your contact details helps ensure your emails meet deliverability standards and gives recipients accurate ways to reach you.
