This guide walks you through creating a CollegeVine partner account using your institutional email address. The steps below ensure secure access to the platform and help verify that only authorized staff members connect with your institution's data.
If you already have a CollegeVine partner account, there is no need to complete these steps again.
How to create your account
Go to platform.collegevine.com and click Sign up. When you click Sign up or Log in, you may see an account chooser. Select Agent platform to access platform.collegevine.com, where you manage your CollegeVine AI agents.
Use your .edu email - create an account with your .edu email using your preferred method. Email and password or Google Authentication are the most commonly used options.
Confirm you are institutional staff - when prompted, select I work with a university that uses CollegeVine to confirm that you work at an educational institution. You will then be asked to identify your role and the school you represent.
Check directory status - after submitting, you will be taken directly to a "Checking our directory" screen while your information is verified.
Once that step is complete, you will see a confirmation message. Please close out of the page while you wait for verification.
Wait for verification - you will not receive the verification email immediately. Each request is individually reviewed by the CollegeVine team to protect institutional data and prevent unauthorized access.
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email with a verification link sent to your .edu address. If it does not appear, check your spam or junk folder.
Verify your account - click the link in your verification email to access your CollegeVine partner dashboard.
Important: The verification link expires after one hour. If your link has expired, you can resend it directly from the error page. If you need additional assistance, email [email protected] and our team will be happy to help.
