The AI Transcript Reader can handle multiple transcripts, if they are identified as two different assets within the asset sync, linked to the same constituent record.
For example, the asset sync should include:
Student 123 → File 1.pdf
Student 123 → File 2.pdf
A template will be provided when the asset sync has been set up.
Importantly though, the AI Transcript reader currently does not deduplicate (i.e if one of the transcript also contains information from the other, all these courses will be concatenated and included into the GPA calculation)
If you commenced processing transcripts prior to April 2026, multiple transcripts are handled similarly via batches. Please see the relevant article here for more details.
