The CollegeVine platform is updating the names of several product tabs. The change affects how tabs are labeled in the platform — no functionality is changing.
What's changing
The legacy tab names AI Recruiter and AI One Stop are being replaced with department-based names that reflect how these products are organized in the Agent Platform Catalog.

Merged (undergraduate + graduate) partners
Partners whose platform combines undergraduate and graduate programs will see split labels rather than a single tab name. For example, the Enrollment Management tab will appear as Enrollment Management – Undergrad and Enrollment Management – Grad.
Why this change is being made
The updated tab names reflect the department structure used in the CollegeVine Agent Platform Catalog. The goal is to make the platform's navigation consistent with how products and departments are described across CollegeVine's catalog, making it easier to identify which department or function each tab corresponds to.
What is not changing
Functionality: The capabilities, workflows, and configuration options within each tab remain exactly the same. The rename is a labeling change only.
Custom or bespoke tab names: If your institution's tab has a custom or bespoke name (for example, a name specific to your agent's use case), that tab will not be changed as part of this update.
