What is a Fact Sheet?
A fact sheet is a concise, informative document that provides essential information about a specific topic. In the context of the CollegeVine platform, fact sheets help your AI Recruiter easily reference institutional data to respond accurately and helpfully to prospective students.
Types of Fact Sheets
Fact sheets currently cover the following topics:
Majors – details about available academic programs
Sports – information on athletic teams and divisions
Clubs – student organizations and extracurricular activities
Deadlines – key dates for applications, financial aid, and events
How Fact Sheets work
When a fact sheet is uploaded to your AI Recruiter's knowledge base, it becomes a structured reference the AI can pull from during conversations. This ensures that students receive accurate, up-to-date responses to specific questions about your institution.

To ensure a successful upload, follow these file requirements:
Use a CSV file formatted as UTF-8.
The header row label should include the correct column names as required by the fact sheet category.
