Before your integration goes live, you'll need to create a set of new fields in your CRM. These fields are where CollegeVine writes your AI agent's activity back to your records after each sync.
We recommend creating these as dedicated, CollegeVine-specific fields for clean reporting and to avoid conflicts with existing data.
AI engagement fields
These fields capture your AI agent's communication activity with each student over time. All stats are cumulative (all-time per lead).
These fields are export only, and should not be included in an import to CollegeVine.

These are new fields you'll need to create — they are exclusive to AI outreach opt-outs and separate from any existing opt-out fields you may already have in your CRM. CollegeVine writes to these fields to reflect each student's opt-out status across AI communication channels. These fields are export only, and should not be included in an import to CollegeVine.

AI consent field
