If your institution has SSO set up for CollegeVine, you sign in with the same username and password you use for other school systems. You don't create a separate CollegeVine password. This article walks through your first login.
💡 Not sure whether your institution uses SSO? Ask your CollegeVine contact. If it doesn't, follow CollegeVine user sign-up & account creation instead.
Log in with SSO
Go to platform.collegevine.com and click Log in.
If you see an account chooser, select Agent platform.
Stay on the Log in tab. Don't switch to Sign up, even if this is your first visit.
Enter your institutional email address. The password field disappears, which tells you SSO is active for your institution.
Click Log in. You're redirected to your institution's sign-in page.
Sign in with your normal institutional credentials.
💡 Your institution's sign-in page may look different from the screenshot. Some schools use a branded portal.
Wait for account verification
The first time you sign in, CollegeVine checks that you belong to your institution's team before giving you access. Until then, you'll see a page asking you to wait for verification.
Watch for an email from CollegeVine confirming your account is active. Verification is usually quick, but you can't reach the platform until this email arrives.
Once it arrives, return to platform.collegevine.com and log in with the same steps. You'll go straight to your institution's agents.

After verification, you follow the same steps (enter your email, then sign in through your institution) with no wait.
