Launching your AI Recruiter

Now that you have given your AI Recruiter all the knowledge and context it needs to effectively connect with your leads, it's time to launch! Follow the guidelines below to launch different responsibilities!

💡 Reminder, not all responsibilities may apply to your AI Recruiter. Please refer to your contract, CollegeVine Account Manager or Implementation Manager for questions!

Email Marketing

  1. Navigate to AI Recruiter --> Vault --> Comms --> Marketing email journeys

  2. Once you have set up your email marketing settings, you can hit Launch to students

  3. You can now see Marketing email journeys are + Active on your Comm tab in the Vault

  4. Your AI Recruiter will now send email marketing messages to your uploaded leads!

💡 Your AI Recruiter's email domain will warm up over the coming days and weeks. This means that the daily volume of emails that your AI Recruiter can send will increase as the volume of emails and open rate increase (on average, this is a 30% increase daily). This process is in place to ensure we protect your domain, and do not cause emails to land in a lead's spam folder. Learn more about email cadence here!

Missions (incl. Phone & SMS)

  1. Navigate to AI Recruiter --> Missions

  2. Follow detailed instructions in this guide for how to launch Missions via email, phone and SMS!

❗ There is no need to launch Phone / SMS on their own prior to launching a Mission. See details below.

Phone

  1. Once you have configured you phone settings, there is no further action required to launch outbound phone capabilities. ❗ You do not need to hit Launch to students under Outbound calls. All outbound calling done is via Missions.

  2. You will notice Phone should remain as Setup --> on your Comm tab in the Vault

SMS

  1. SMS is already configured and active by default. There are no additional launch steps required. All outbound calling done is via Missions

  2. You will notice SMS should remain as Setup --> on your Comm tab in the Vault

Helpdesk (incl. Inbound Phone & Website Recruiter/Chatbot)

Inbound Phone

  1. Once you have configured you phone settings, there is no further action required to launch inbound phone capabilities.

  2. All you need to do is publicize your AI Recruiter's phone number on your website, add it to your phone tree, or anywhere else you'd like to capture inbound inquiries!

  3. You will notice Phone should remain as Setup --> on your Comm tab in the Vault

Website Recruiter / Chatbot

  1. Navigate to AI Recruiter --> Vault --> Comms --> Website Recruiter

  2. Navigate to Install on the left side bar. Follow the instructions on screen to copy and paste the code into your HTML. Don't forget to toggle Show the AI recruiter on!

  3. You can now see Website Recruiter is + Active on your Comm tab in the Vault

Direct Messaging on the CollegeVine Network

  1. Navigate to AI Recruiter --> Vault

  2. Before launching to the CollegeVine Network, you will first need to publish/launch your vault. All this does, is make your vault active for use outside the test environment

  3. Next, you will see an option to Launch to network. Select this when ready!

  4. You will see the below pop up on screen. Hit Launch to continue

  5. Your AI Recruiter will now send direct messages to your CollegeVine Connections directly on the Network!

  6. Note: The chat functionality is always marked + Active under the comms tab, regardless if you have launched to the CollegeVine Network. This is because this capability is already set to active on your behalf. Direct messages will only go out to CollegeVine Connections when you have explicitly selected Launch to network in Step 3.
